|
General Code’s Client Care & Training Team provides our current and prospective clients with the knowledge and positive support they need to confidently navigate the codification process and use our solutions and services to their fullest. A key member of this team of experienced and helpful individuals is someone we’d like you to know: Donna Post, Senior Supplementation Specialist.

|
In nearly a decade with General Code, Donna has become a first-level point of contact for customers seeking highly responsive support for municipal code updates and conversions, new product rollouts and General Code’s eCode360 online code platform. Her extensive experience in researching and investigating customer inquiries has made her a reliable resource that client communities can count on to help quickly answer questions, resolve issues, and stay focused on important goals and opportunities.
Donna supports the growth and development of the Supplementation and Client Care teams as lead trainer, and provides key assistance to the company’s marketing, proposal, and national sales teams. She also works closely with senior Editorial, Production and Management staff on process improvements and enhancements, and builds relationships with new Clerks by guiding and educating them on General Code products and solutions and the importance of regular code updates.
Donna’s hard work and dedication is praised by customers from coast to coast. One customer who recently worked with her on their budgeting process stated: “Donna, you are a gem… Thanks for the wonderful job you do every single year with each helpful contact.”
